Adult Hockey League
The Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center is home to the Utah Hockey League, an adult hockey league running on Sunday evenings in the fall/winter, weeknights in the summer.

The Utah Hockey League, UHL, competes at division level 3 and 4. Games are held at multiple rinks in the Greater Salt Lake area. We pride ourselves in sportsmanship, competitive play at an adult recreational level and look forward to you joining the league.
